Our refund policy has changed (and for the better)!

We are now offering a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the purchase of your merchandise. All you have to do is obtain a return authorization number from us and mail the item back within fourteen (14) days of receipt. We will process your refund within 48-72 hours after we have received the merchandise and e-mail you when the return has been processed. We apologize but shipping charges cannot be refunded (unless the error was our fault; see below).

The merchandise being returned must be in unwashed, unused condition and must have our tag attached to it. Any item returned in worn condition or without a tag will be returned to sender. Any item returned without an return authorization number will also be returned to sender.

To obtain a return authorization number (RA#), please e-mail us at returns@duvnic.com with your order number, which items need to be refunded and reason for return. We will reply with your RA# and instructions on how and where to send your merchandise for refund processing. Please note that you have fourteen (14) days from time of receipt to obtain an RA# and return the merchandise. Any request for an RA# after this time will be denied.

When requesting an RA#, you can also request a refund for shipping expenses (both ways; original shipping charge multiplied by two) if the items received were an error on our part. This only applies to the following three conditions: 1) we shipped you an item which was a different size than one ordered, 2) we shipped you an item which was not the item you had ordered, or 3) item shipped to you was defective and/or damaged during shipping.

When returning the item(s), please include a copy of the original invoice with the RA# written on it. Return the item using a traceable carrier service such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. DuvNic Industries, LLC, is not responsible for any packages not received using a non-traceable carrier service nor any packages not received using a traceable carrier service which has been misplaced or lost by the carrier. Returns must be sent pre-paid; we will not accept any deliveries COD.
