DuvNic.com accepts the following forms of credit card payments:
   
We do not accept personal checks, PayPal or CODs at this time.
All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing to ensure proper billing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is accurate. If we are not able to verify your billing information, your order will be placed on hold and you will be notified via email to correct the issue. If issue is not corrected, order will be cancelled. So that your order is shipped without delay, please make certain the billing information you have given us exactly matches your credit card issuing bank records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.
We accept credit cards that have been issued by a bank within the U.S. or Canada and have a valid billing address within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico only. International credit agencies may differ from U.S. credit banks.
Order Changes and/or Cancellations
Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service by processing orders within one business day of receipt. There is a good possibility that by the time you contact us with a change or cancellation, your order may have already been processed and your package could be on it's way to you. To request a cancellation or change to your order, please send us an email at sales@duvnic.com Please include your order number and the specific details regarding the modifications. You will receive an email notification within one to two business days whether or not we were able to accommodate your request.
Order Status
Check the status of your order anytime online by visiting your DuvNic account by clicking on the "My DuvNic" button and logging in. You can view your order history and updated status of each order placed. If the order has shipped, you can view your USPS tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's website.
In addition, you will receive e-mails from us whenever your order has been updated, including tracking information when order is shipped
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Customers can select from U.S. Priority Mail (2-5 days), U.S. Express Mail (1-2 days), Priority Mail International (up to 70 lbs) or First Class International (only up to 4 lbs). Shipping time will vary between depending on distance from our warehouse in southern California. Tracking information will be made available to customer via e-mail and through their account page upon shipment so customer can track shipment's progress.
Please take into account our typical one day order processing. Orders will ship after funds have been approved, billing/shipping address are verified and order has been processed which may not necessarily be same day as order is placed.
Sales TaxCalifornia residents will be charged a 9.25% sales tax on all orders. (Updated April 1st, 2009)
Coupons
Any valid coupon supplied by DuvNic Industries through e-mail promotions, magazine ads or other advertising avenues may be applied when you view your shopping cart prior to checkout.
